About The Feature

“ Freeze “ in FitnessForce software is a feature wherein the Membership is temporary blocked and the Expiry Date is moved. Example – If a client is going for vacation for a period of time, i.e. 26th Jan 2016 to 31st Jan 2016, then the membership is Freezed for that particular period for 5 days and his membership expiry date will be extended by 5 days.


How to Freeze a Membership

  • Search the client name for whom the membership has to be frozen.
  • Click on the clients name and open the client profile
  • Click on the Freeze Hyper Link.
  • Select the Membership that needs to be frozen.
  • Select the dates from and to which the client has requested.
  • Click on the button “ Freeze “

How to Change the Date of the Frozen Membership

  • Search the client name of whom the membership has been frozen.
  • Click on the clients name and open the client profile
  • Click on the Freeze Hyper Link
  • Select the Frozen Membership, of which the date needs to be changed
  • Change the “ To Date “.
  • Click on the Freeze button.

How to View the Frozen Membership

  • Search the client name of whom the membership has been frozen.
  • Click on the clients name and open the client profile
  • Click on the Freeze Hyper Link
