Update Follow - ups directly from the dashboard

 

  • Click on the follow - up type which you want to update
  • Read the last follow -up comment prior to calling the client
  • Update the new comment based on your conversation with the client
  • Select the appropriate follow - up type, call response, convertibility & the next follow-up date depending on the conversation

  • Click on Add
  • This is how you update a follow up on the dashboard
