You can change Session Owner in bulk using following instructions

 

Steps to Change Session Owner in bulk

  • Please go to the setting option then click on Mass Session Owner Change.
  • Select the below fields in Step 1
  • Select the Center Name in drop down.
  • Select the Account Manager in drop down.
  • Select the Country in drop down.
  • Select the Center Name in drop down.
  • Select the City in drop down.
  • Select the Location in drop down.
  • Then click on search.

Select the below fields in Step 2

  • Select the Session Owner in drop down.
  • Select the Purchase Date from & Select the Purchase Date To (To filter out the clients to be transferred to the new session owner)
  • Select the Membership Type.
  • Select the Membership Status.
  • Then click on search.

 

Select the below fields in Step 3

  • Click on first radio button to move all the clients to the new Session Owner.
  • Or click on 2nd radio button to move specific quantity to the new Session Owner.
  • Then click on Update to change the new Session Owner according to the selection.

 

Benefits of changing Session Owner in bulk

If any staff left the job then you can move all of his or her clients to any active staff.
