FitnessForce software allows you add the member photograph either by clicking on 'upload photo' and uploading a scanned copy or by clicking on capture and using the web camera for the same
The rights to add the member photograph is given to all staff members ,however what's new is now you can customize and allocate or withdraw the rights of a user/staff member to edit the existing member photograph.
How can I customize the rights of a user to edit a photograph:
Click on centers on the top right hand corner of your FitnessForce page
Click on the user tab
Select assign user access template
Select the relevant user access template like 'Sales Executive', 'Trainer' etc. to view and customize the rights allocated to the individuals with the particular access template
Select 'Yes' or 'No' across the question, 'Can this user change the member photo?' and click on 'Update'
