This feature enables you to clear the registered finger of your staff. Once it’s cleared you can re-enroll the same or different finger of your staff for further capturing of the attendance and accessing the club. 

  • To clear the existing finger template, login Fitnessforce Software & click on Settings > Manage tenant user list. Search for the staff name & click on the Edit button against the staff name.

  • You’ll be redirected to the user edit page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page & you will find the Clear Template button. You can click on the Clear Template red color link then click on the Update button to save the changes. 

  • Now open the access control application & click on the Manual Sync button. 

  • Manual Sync will start & will erase the template from the access control device.

  • Once the sync is complete you can re-enroll the staff. Refer to Staff Enrollment to learn more.


1. Why I am getting an error “Staff is already enrolled” even after clearing the template?

Ans. Once you click on the Clear template you have to click on the Manual sync button on Access control application so that the finger template is erased from the machine to re-enroll the staff.

2. In what scenario do I clear the registered finger?

Ans. You can clear the registered finger of your staff. In the below scenario if the user’s finger skin has peeled, not registered with 70% accuracy, forgot which finger was registered.
