This feature enables you to clear the registered finger of your member. Once it’s cleared you can re-enroll the same or different finger of your member for further capturing of the attendance and accessing the club.
To clear the existing finger template, login Fitnessforce Software & open the member’s profile. You can click on the Clear All Template button on the left bottom of the screen below the member’s profile image.
Now open the access control application & click on the Manual Sync button.
Manual Sync will start & will erase the template from the access control device.
Once the sync is complete you can now re-enroll the member’s finger. Refer to Member enrollment to learn more.
1. Why I am getting an error “Member is already enrolled” even after clearing the template?
Ans. Once you click on the Clear template you have to click on the Manual sync button on Access control application so that the finger template is erased from the machine to re-enroll the member.
2. Why I am not getting a Clear template option for members even if the member is enrolled?
Ans. If you are not getting the Clear Template button as you do not have the access right to clear the member finger template.
3. In what scenario do I clear the registered finger?
Ans. You can clear the registered finger of your member. In the below scenario if the member’s finger skin has peeled, not registered with 70% accuracy, forgot which finger was registered.
