The balance report enables you to view all the overdue balances of all the members at your club. It also helps you to be proactive in following up with clients in collecting the balance amount.

  • Take your mouse cursor on the Reports tab and click on the Balance option. As soon as you click on the balance option it will direct you to a new page as shown below.

  • Refine your search by filling the various filters appearing on the balance report page such as:

  1. The date (From Date- to Date) range to view the membership balance in a particular time period.

  2. Membership Type.

  3. Bill Type (Product Bill is your membership bill and charged bill is the POS bill).

  4. Client Representative.

  5. Package/Campaign name.

  • After selecting the various filters as your requirement lastly, click on Search 

  • You can also export the data into an excel file by using the Export to Excel option.
