This feature allows you to activate the software user id of the suspended user.
Click on Settings → Manage Tenant User List. You’ll be redirected to a new page as shown below.
This page will by default show the list of all the active users
To search the Inactive users. Please use the status filter and select an Inactive option from the drop-down & click on Submit.
All users that were suspended in the past will be shown under Inactive status.
To reactivate the suspended user, click on the Edit option on the left side of the username.
You’ll be directed to the user edit profile page. You can scroll the page down at the bottom of the screen and click on the Activate User button.
Once the User’s profile is reactivated then it will disappear from the Inactive status list & will appear under the Active status list.
1. Can I reset the password while activating the suspended user?
Ans: Yes, you can reset/update the new password. However, you need to enter the new password in the Password field and click on the Update button before clicking on the Activate User button. Once you have updated the new password then you need to click on the Activate User button to reactivate the user login
