Edit existing user details enables the administrator of the software to change the details of the staff from their respective profiles.


  • Click on Settings → Manage Tenant User List. You’ll be redirected to a new page as shown below.


  • You can use the filters like First Name or Last name to search the employee record.

  • Status Active status will by default show the list of the entire Active users.

  • Once you get the employee information, click on the Edit button on the left side of the name.


  • Except for username & Referral Code rest, all the columns are editable. 

  • You can make all respective changes in the profile & click on Update to save the changes made.
