Offer buy flow will help you to complete your purchase through the offer. It will enable you to choose the offer from the list of running offers of the club. It will help you select the desired membership or Add-on products that are available under the selected offer. You will be able to change the brand, if available. 

You can filter the products with product type, duration, and freeze type. Once you add any product you will be able to see the product details before proceeding ahead. Cart details will be visible after adding 1 product with the option for adding the 2nd product. 

You will need to fill the mandatory details that are required for completing the purchase process. You will also have to read & accept the client waiver form enabled through OTP if you are purchasing the membership for the first time.

Easy card payments with EMI options, if the card has that facility. Once the payment process is completed, the member receives an email containing the invoice on the registered email ID.

  • Click on the Sidebar.

  • Click on the Offers option.

  • Click on the image from the list of the offers.

  • Click on the Right/Left Arrow to change the brand, if available.

  • Click on the Membership options (Memberships/Addons).

  • Click on the required Duration of membership.

  • Click on the required Freeze Type.

  • Click on Remove this Offer to remove the offer products.

  • Click on Add to add the membership to the cart.

  • Click on “View Cart” to proceed.

  • View the added Product Details.

  • Click on the Continue button.

  • Click on Agree to the product “Terms & Conditions”.

  • Click on Add against any product to add 1 more product to cart, if required.

  • Click on View Cart to proceed.

  • Click on Folder Icon to upload the required document for this offer.

  • Click on Cancel Icon to remove the uploaded doc, if needed.

  • Click on View Cart to proceed.

  • Fill in the Mandatory Details, to become a member and complete the purchase.

  • Click on View Cart to proceed.

  • Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

  • Click on Resend OTP, if not received/expired.

  • Click on View Cart to proceed.


  • Click on the date to choose the Activation Date of your choice.

  • Enter the Employee Referral Code, if any and click on Apply.

  • Enter the Gift Voucher Code, if any, and click on Apply.

  • Enter the Coupon Code, if any, and click on Apply.

  • Click Proceed To Pay.


1. I change the Activation date after creating the invoice?

Ans: Yes, you can change the activation date. However, you need to contact your respective club to make the necessary changes.

2. How do I cancel my invoice after purchasing the membership?

Ans: Invoice cannot be canceled once it’s created. For further information, you can contact your respective club.
