You can change Client Rep in bulk using following instructions


Steps to Change Client Rep in bulk


Please go to the setting option then click on Mass Client Rep. Change.

 

Select the below fields in Step 1


  • Select the Center Name in dropdown.
  • Select the Account Manager in dropdown.
  • Select the Country in dropdown.
  • Select the Center Name in dropdown.
  • Select the City in dropdown.
  • Select the Location in dropdown.
  • Then click on search.



     Select the below fields in Step 2

  • Select the below fields in Step 2
  • Select the Client Rep. in dropdown.
  • Select the Enquiry Date From and Enquiry Date To (To filter the Client Data to be Transferred)
  • Select the Client Status as Enquiry, Member or Trial.
  • Then click on search.


Select the below fields in Step 3

  • Then click on first radio button to move all the clients to the New Client Rep.
  • Or click on 2nd radio button to move specific quantity to the New Client Rep.
  • Then click on Update to change the New Client Rep according to the selection.

Benefits of changing Client Rep in bulk

  • If any staff left the job then you can move all of his or her clients to any active staff.
