Change the Billing Date

 

The billing date or the purchase date cannot be changed after creating a bill in the FitnessForce Software. However you can cancel a bill and create a new new. The cancelled bill along with all the details will still reflect in the software with the status as cancelled.

 

Steps to cancel a bill:

  • Go to bills and receipts link on the client profile page
  • Scroll down and click on 'View Bill'
  • A page will open giving the detailed information about the bill
  • Scroll down and there is a option of 'Cancel Bill'
  • Click on it
  • The system will ask you Cancelled by (client or club) & cancellation date and reason and click on cancel membership
  •  A new page will open saying product successfully cancelled

OR

  • Click on Membership details on the client profile page and scroll down 
  • A page will open giving the detailed information about the bill
  • Scroll down and there is a option of 'Cancel Bill'
  • Click on it
  • The system will ask you Cancelled by (client or club) & cancellation date and reason and click on cancel membership
  •  A new page will open saying product successfully cancelled

 

You can now create a new bill with the same details and the desired date

 

However you need to have the rights to cancel a bill and create a backdated bill.
