Buy flow with offer

Offer buy flow will help you to complete your purchase through the offer. 

The feature will enable you to:
  1. Choose the offer from the list of running offers of the club.
  2. Select the desired Membership or Add-on products that are available under the selected offer.
  3. Change the brand, if available.
  4. Filter the products with product type, duration and freeze type. 
  5. View the product details before proceeding, once product add any products
  6. Cart details will be visible after adding 1 product with the option for adding the 2nd product. 
  7. Fill the mandatory details that are required for completing the purchase process.
You will also have to read & accept the client waiver form that is enabled through the OTP. 

Easy card payments with EMI options are available (if the card has EMI options facility)

The list of all running offers will be shown on the dashboard page and can also be viewed from the left menu→ offers. The user can view the products in the offers and purchase accordingly by accepting the Terms and Conditions.

Form Left menu→ offers→ offer list page, the customer can browse the offers running in different branches and purchase accordingly.
On the dashboard /Left menu→ offer, click on the “Offer” in order to view more details of the offer.

On clicking on the offer, there will be pop-up of offer details (if configured)--> click on close-->buy Membership page with the offer related products.

Buy Flow- Step 1  (Note: At the time of adding the product to cart, the system will display offer terms and conditions pop-up if configured. Click on the  Submit button of the offer terms & conditions in order to proceed.) 

Buy Flow - Step 2  (Note: If the offer requires any documents to be uploaded then on the buy-flow step 2 the customer will get the option to upload the document)

On completion of the payment process, the customer will be directed to Payment successful page. One copy of the invoice will be sent on registered email id  (provided email configuration is done for the centre) and also can download the receipt from this page.

1. What if I’m unable to download the receipt?
Ans: You can take a screenshot of the error message. And fill the requirement in App feedback.
