Center-wise collection report
This report will enable the data of consolidated collection amount and product type wise bifurcation in the collected amount.
To access the report. Take your mouse cursor on the Reports tab and click on the Month & Center-wise Report option. After clicking on the report it will direct you to the new page as mentioned below.
You can view the data in three different ways Summary, Month-wise, and Center-wise.
Summary: This tab will provide you with consolidated collection data of Today’s Collection and the Total Collection as per the start date and end date selected to search the data.
Month-wise: This tab will provide you a collection data as per Month-wise for all the product types sold in the selected date range. e.g. If you have services like Gym Membership, Personal training, Zumba. So this tab will provide you a consolidated data of all the Membership including 12 Months, 6 Months, 3 Months. Similarly, it will show for other product types.
Center-wise: This tab will provide you a consolidated collection data for multiple centers as per product types sold in the selected date range. e.g. If you own a multiple chain gym brand. Then this will be one point report to understand the total collection for the individual center under one report.
How to search the data.
To search the data. Select the Start Date and End Date as per your requirement.
Select Summary, Month-wise, or Center-wise. As per the above-mentioned explanation.
You can select multiple Center names by clicking on the check-box on the left side of the center name.
Finally, click on the Search button.
FAQ's
1. Can I use other filters shown in the report?
Ans: You can use the State and City filter. In case you’re looking to search the data state or city wise.
2. Can I export this data into excel?
Ans: Yes, you’ll see excel Icon at the bottom right side of the report. However, you can export to excel only if you’ve been provided with the access right.
