Any clubs using Suprema Biomini Plus 2, ZK7500(Appointment plus) or Fujitsu Palm Vein machine device will be able to use the class feature in Access control. This feature allows you to capture the attendance of the scheduled class or group activity. e.g. If you’ve booked a class through Fitnessforce Web software for a Zumba activity for 10 clients. However, the class has been attended only by 9 clients in actual. So this feature will help you to under the actual footfall.





  • Once the access control application is installed by the Fitnessforce team you can Start Fitnessforce Access Control Application from your desktop.


  • You will find the application shortcut on your desktop.


  • You can double click the left button of your mouse on the Fitnessforce application shortcut to start the application.





  • On the successful start of the application, you will get a splash screen with the message “Welcome to Access Woosh”.



  • The application will perform the initial sync automatically.





  • You can click on the Class Attendance button to mark a member's attendance for a particular class.





  • Once you click on class attendance you will find all the class list names & the members who will be attending the class for the current day.





  • You can select the class name for which the member is going to attend the class.




  • You can click on the scan button to mark the attendance of the member who is already scheduled for this class & ask the member to place the finger on the scanner device.



  • If the member is having a valid membership with an available session for the particular class. Access control application will show the message “Class Attended Successfully”.



  • You can also add new members with a valid membership in a particular class by clicking on the add new button.


FAQ’s:


1. What is the max capacity of a class?

Ans. Max capacity means how many members can be scheduled or added to one specific class. 


2. What is a max waitlist of a class?

Ans. Max wait-list is the number of clients whose booking is on hold in case of clients from the booked list cancel their booked class. Then the first member of the wait-list will be added automatically in booked class.


3. Can I edit the max capacity and max wait-list while creating the class?

 Ans. No, you cannot edit the max capacity and max wait-listHowever, you make these changes under Setting - Manage Purpose. Refer to Manage purpose on the calendar


4. Can I have multiple rooms allotted for a class?

Ans. No
