Deleting a member profile from a Member App

Deleting a profile from a member app typically refers to the action of permanently removing a user's account and associated data from the app's database. When a user requests to delete their profile, it usually means they want all their personal information, account settings, preferences, and any other data linked to their account to be erased from the system.

Below steps are involved for Delete Profile:

Step 1 - Login to Member App:

  • Enter your mobile number to login to the member app.

Step 2 -  Enter OTP and Continue:

  1. After entering your mobile number, input the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number. 
  2. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

Step 3 -  Access Dashboard:

  • Upon successful authentication, you will be directed to the dashboard of the member app.

Step 4 -  Navigate to My Profile:

  • From the left menu, locate and click on the "My Profile" option.

Step 5 -  Confirm Deletion:

  1. Within the "My Profile" section, locate the "Delete Profile" button.
  2. Click on the "Delete Profile" button to initiate the deletion process.


Step 6 -
  Final Confirmation:

  1. A confirmation dialog box will appear asking you to confirm the deletion action. 
  2. Click on the "Confirm" button to proceed with deleting the profile.

Step 7 -  Auto Logout:

  • Once the profile deletion process is completed, you will be automatically logged out from your account.
