Extend the Expiry Date of the Gift Memberships and Gift Vouchers

In the GV report, you can extend the Expiry Date of the Gift Vouchers and Gift Memberships which have been SOLD.

Kindly find the steps below:

  1. Go to Reports and select GV report, where you can fetch both Gift Memberships and Gift Vouchers report.
  2. Retrieve data from the report by selecting the desired date range and click on the "Search" button.
  3. After retrieving data from the report, you can select the data of the member by clicking on the BOX which shows you Right Tick as selected.
  4. After selecting the box, choose the expiry date that requires updating, then click on the "Update" button.

  5. After updating the data, you will get a pop up in red at the top of the page confirming that the Expiry date has been updated.

  6. To update Expiry Date for All Customers, in the GV report very down you will see the option Expiry Date - Select the date to update or extend the expiry date of sold Gift Vouchers and Gift Memberships and click on the radio button to select the update Expiry date of All Customers and click on the Update button.

  7. After updating the data, you will get a pop up in red at the top of the page confirming that the Expiry date has been updated.

1. Who can change the expiry date for sold Gift Memberships and Gift Vouchers in FitnessForce Software?

Ans: The staff should have the right to change the Gift Voucher expiry data

2. In which case we can change the expiry date of GV?
Ans: We can change the expiry date of GV only for the gift membership which has been sold.
