Live SMS feature enables you to send SMS on a real-time basis to your clients. e.g. after creating a bill or a receipt or creating and updating appointment status.
How is an SMS template configured?
Login in to your FitnessForce Software
Go to Settings > Click on – SMS Master
Click on – Create New
Under Send SMS – Select: Live
Template Name – you can choose the name for which you want to configure the SMS. e.g. you want the SMS to be sent while creating a bill or receipt or appointment.
Appointment Purpose - You can choose the purpose for which appointment you want to configure the SMS.
Appointment Status - you can choose for which appointment status after updating you want the SMS to be sent to notify your client about the appointment status change.
Note – You can use the variables below to personalize the SMS.
FIRSTNAME – Will pick up the client name from the client profile
LASTNAME - Will pick up the client lastname from the client profile
MIDDLENAME - Will pick up the client middle from the client profile
MEMBERID – Will pick up the client id from the client profile
Click on Status as Active to activate the template.
