Mandatory fields creation - Prospect, Trial and Member
Form Validation feature will enable modification of any fields as mandatory or non-mandatory. These fields appear on any prospect, trail, or member creation page.
Go to the Settings option and click on the Form Validation. You’ll be directed to a new page.
Select the form name Enquiry, Member, or Trial as per your requirement. You’ll be directed to the new page with all the fields of the selected form.
Note: Any field under Required Field Validator with True indicates as Mandatory and False indicates Non-Mandatory.
Click on the Edit button on the left side of the required field to modify as mandatory or non-mandatory. To modify it as Mandatory select Yes, and for Non-Mandatory select No under the field called Required Field validator.
Click on Update to save the changes.
