Mass session owner change for a suspended user

You can change Session Owner in bulk using the following instructions.

 

Benefits of changing Session Owner in bulk

 

If any staff quits the job then you can move all of their clients to any active staff.

 

Steps to Change Session Owner in bulk:

 

  • Go to the setting option then click on Mass Session Owner Change.

 






 

  • Step 1: Select the center name 

 

  • Select the Center Name in the dropdown.

 

  • Select the Account Manager in the dropdown.

 

  • Select the Country in the dropdown.

 

  • Select the Center Name in the dropdown.

 

  • Select the City in the dropdown.

 

  • Select the Location in the dropdown.

 

  • Then click on the search.

 




 

Select the below fields in Step 2:

 

  • Select the Session Owner in the dropdown.


  • Select the Purchase Date from & Select the Purchase Date To (To filter out the clients to be transferred to the new session owner)


  • Select the Membership Type.


  • Select the Membership Status.


  • Then click on the search.



 



Select the below fields in Step 3:

  • Click on the first radio button to move all the clients to the new Session Owner.


  • Or click on the 2nd radio button to move a specific quantity to the new Session Owner.


  • Then click on Update to change the new Session Owner according to the selection.
