Refresh Data to Access Device

The "Refresh Data to Access Device" button facilitates the manual pushing of data to address issues encountered during the renewal process for existing members and new registrations. Within the "Refresh Data to Access Device" feature, there are two buttons available:
- For Membership button
- For Enrollment button You can locate these buttons on the summary page of the member.

For Membership Button: 

This button is used for renewal, a member who has more than one membership and already registered with finger but still not able to access, in such cases you can follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the For Membership button, you will get a pop up update successfully.


  1. Go to the Access control application and do manual sync and let the sync get completed successfully.
  1. After the sync is completed successfully, you can check with the member(s) if he/she is able to access or not.

For Enrollment Button:

This button can be used for new member(s) registration for those member(s) who are not getting registered, follow the below steps:

  • Click on For Enrollment button, you will get a pop up updated successfully.


  1. Go to the Access control application and do manual sync and let the sync get completed successfully.

  1. After the sync is completed successfully, you can do the registration(s).
       
  1. In some cases, if the command for registration is not popping up on the Access Device, you can restart the device, and proceed with registration.
