Staff reschedule & cancel

The session owner will be able to cancel and reschedule a class by two ways

  • On clicking any confirmed appointment from appointment details page a full page view with the details of appointment will be displayed. On clicking the edit button the session owner will be allowed to reschedule the appointment.
  • Long press on any confirmed appointment from my schedule will give the user option to edit or cancel a appointment

 

Edit Appointment

The session owner will be able to edit date and time by clicking on the reschedule icon. Edit appointment can be done anytime by the staff. On clicking the edit date and time option the session owner is directed to edit appointment page where the session owner can select the day and time he wants to reschedule the appointment

Note: On Going appointment cannot be edited or cancelled


 


Cancel Appointment: The session owner will be able to choose cancellation reason from the drop down menu which will consist of the following reasons
  1. Going for medical emergency
  2. Busy
  3. Personal issues
  4. Health issues
  5. Out of town
  6. Others 
  1. The session owner will be able to enter comments in the provided text box and can confirm his/her cancellation by clicking on the confirm button.
  2. The member will be able to add comments in the comment box to give a detailed explanation.
  3. If the reason selected from the drop down menu is ‘Others ‘, the comment box becomes mandatory for the user.
  4. The mobile application will display an error message “please enter comment “if the member selects ‘Other’ as a reason from the drop down menu and does not enter any text in the text box.
  5. If the session owner cancels the appointment, that slot will again become visible for the members to book from member application.  However for cancellation, the criteria configured on manage purpose is checked.
