Subscription Billing for Subscription and Sign-up Charges - 2C2P Payment Gateway


Kindly find the steps below for the Subscription Signup invoicing with 2C2P as a payment gateway.

Step1:
Prospect Creation:


  1. For creating the first subscription signup invoice, you will have to search the client in the Omni Search if its an existing client and in case if its a new member where-in the profile doesn't exists in the software then you will have to create the new profile by clicking on "Prospect" hyper link.

Step2:
Subscription (Recurring) Membership Creation:


  1. After creating the Enquiry profile, on the profile check for the Subcription Details tab on the Summary page.
  2. Click on the “Subscription Details” tab in the member's profile as shown in the image.


  1. After clicking on “Subscription Details” tab in the member's profile as shown in the image, click on the " Create New Subscription Bill " for creating the signup link to be sent to the member.


  1. After clicking on the “Create New Subscription Bill”, the image above shows the details that needs to be followed.
  2. Bill Date: The date that the client purchased the subscription plan.
  3. Subscription: In the mid section, Subscription tab is pre selected which will have the list of all the subscription plan based products for adding to cart for which the member has requested for.
  4. The icon of contract is shown in the image.


  1. Contract Start Date: Can either be the Bill Date or as per the members request for the activation date of the recurring membership to be set.
  2. Billing Cycle: This can be fixed date to be selected as the billing cycle which has been set by the centre at the time of configuration or the signup date i.e. the day member has signed up for the recurring membership.


  1. The above image shows the contract is added to the cart.
  2. The amount shown in My Cart is the Pro-rata amount which gets calculated automatically by the software from the activation date till the next billing cycle.
    For example: As per the image the activation date was set as 17-May-2022 and the next billing cycle is 1th of every month so the pro-rata amount calculation is from the 17-May-2022 till 01-May-2022.
  3. In the orange box is the total amount including the tax.
  4. Click on Submit button to create the sign-up link for the member.
  5. Note: The discount is not applicable here. And No other mode of payment allowed like Cash or Cheque.


  1. After clicking on Submit button, the popup will appear which will show the amount that would be charged while billing the prorata amount and the amount that would be charged every month on recurring basis as shown in the image.
  2. The message on the popup is a confirmation before sending the link to the client to make sure that the correct link is getting sent to the client.
  3. Click on "Yes" button.

Kindly note:
In case the membership selected is an incorrect one, then one can send the link again immediately and inform the client to refer the second email that they will receive.
  1. The above image showing the popup that will be received.
  2. Click on Yes button so that the previous link automatically expires and becomes invalid.
  3. After clicking on Yes button, the next popup will appear will be with the signup link as shown in the above image.
  4. Note: The discount is not applicable here. And No other mode of payment allowed like Cash or Cheque.



OR


  1. After clicking on "Yes" button, the next popup will appear will be with the signup link as shown in the above 2 images.
  2. Note: The discount is not applicable here. And No other mode of payment allowed like Cash or Cheque.



OR


  1. Once the submit button is clicked then this message popup appears which says “ Link Sent Successfully”, this means the client will be receiving the link through Email / SMS for the client to enter their card details.
Step3:
Complete the Billing Process:
Now the remaining steps is with the client as the client will receive the Email in which the same link will be available for the client to complete the billing process.

OR


  1. The above image shows the email received by the client.
  2. The email content contains the client's name and the amount the client is charged the pro-rata amount.
  3. The client has to click on the hyperlink for getting the billing landing page.




  1. The image above is the landing page for accepting the T&C and Subscription Plan details. The same will appear on mobile view, its what exactly the client will be viewing to.
  2. The details on the page shows the members name, the prorate amount which the member is paying on the day, date of the prorata, recurring monthly amount, till when.
  3. The client needs to scroll down to go to the next page which is to click on the "Proceed to Terms & Condition".


  1. The above image shows the popup of the T&C.
  2. The client has to click on "I agree, Proceed to Pay" for the mode of payment and details.
  3. The T&C can be in dual languages based on the country.


  1. After the client clicks on "I agree, Proceed to Pay", the client will be directed to select the mode of payment.
  2. The client has to click on the desired card on which the client will be getting charged every month.
  3. As shown in the image, the client will be notified at the bottom of the page that the authorization amount of VND 1000 will be charge for authorizing the bank to charge the member on a recurring basis.
  4. Bottom Message: "You will be charged a small charge of VND 1000 for verification and then later you will be charged the actual amount separately."


  1. Once the client selects the card, they will be landing to the above page for adding the clients card details.


  1. Once the details are entered, the client has to click on "Continue Payment".


  1. As soon as the client clicks on “Continue Payment” button, the client will receive the above popup and the client will have to wait till the process is completely done and will receive an OTP (One Time Password).


  1. The above image is of the popup for the OTP number to be added that the client will receive.
  2. In the meantime, the client will receive an SMS which will have the OTP.
  3. The client with receive an OTP on his / her number which he / she will receive from their bank to enter here and then click on “ Proceed ”.


  1. Image shown is where the client enters the OTP received via SMS.
  2. Details gets sent to the charging bank via payment gateway and the client will get a popup to wait.




  1. The client will have to wait till they get the above image to have the process of payment to be cleared and the invoice gets generated automatically in the software.


  1. Finally after the amount gets deducted from the clients bank and the centre receives the payment, the above image appears to the client.


  1. The client will receive 2 emails from the Payment gateway for successful payment as shown in image above.


  1. The above image shows the 1st email received by the member from the payment gateway for the authorization amount of VND 1000/- for the subscription amount to be deducted every month from the same account.


  1. The above image shows the 2nd email received by the client from the payment gateway for the prorata amount charged.

After the payment process is completed by the member:
Details of the membership, payment and last 4 digits of the card details gets updated on the member's profile. 


  1. The above image of the client searched on the Omni (Main) Search.


  1. Above image is of the member profile after the payment gets cleared of the first sign-up.
  2. The Valid Membership will show the membership details.
  3. The card details which was entered by the member appears on the profile with the first and last 4 digits.


  1. Above image is of the invoice of the first sign-up.


  1. The above image is of the details on the invoice of the first sign-up amount.
  2. The mode of payment will reflect as Online payment.

  1. The above image is of the Subscription Details tab which contains the subscription plan details.
  2. The subscription tab has the current plan, subscription amount that will be deducted every month, next billing date and in case the auto renewal is not there then the expiry date.
  3. Note: The subscription amount shown in the image is without the tax. After billing, the tax will be included.

Dashboad:


  1. The above image shows the payment cleared on the Dashboard.

Subscription Signup Report:


  1. The above image shows the member's 1st sign-up information in the Subscription Signup Report.
