How to use the SMS feature in FF Software with 3rd Party SMS!

I. 3rd Party SMS Integration
II. Approved SMS Template(s) Configuration in FF from 3rd Party Vendor Portal
III. Sending Bulk SMS
Once Part 1 is completed initially, that is one time integration part, then parts II and III will be the only steps to be followed later on as it is related to SMS templates configuration and sending of the SMSs.

I. 3rd Party SMS Integration with FF Software:
- For integrating the 3rd Party vendor SMS with FF Software for sending SMSs, we would require the below details for the same:
URL (3rd Party SMS Vendor Portal): 
Username: 
Password: 
API: 
For example:
- The integration and testing will be done within 24 working hours by FF back-end team.
- This is a one time task.

II. How to Configure SMS Template:
Step 1. SMS Template Approval in 3rd Party SMS Vendor Portal:
- Add the template(s) in the vendor portal.
- The Template(s) has to be activated in the vendor portal 1st.
Note: 
The template that needs to be approved on the 3rd Party SMS Portal should consist of variable in the below format:
Example:
" Dear {#var#}, Please click on the below link to complete your payment of {#var#}. {#var#} Thanks. My Gym. "

Step 2. SMS Config in FF SMS Master:
- Once the SMS templates are activated in the vendor portal, then Configure the templates in the SMS master.
Note:
The approved SMS templates that needs to be configured in the FF SMS master should be in the below format:
Example:
" Dear FIRSTNAME, Please click on the below link to complete your payment of PAYMENTAMOUNT. PAYMENTURL Thanks. My Gym. "

- Link of the support portal on how to configure the:
i. Manual SMS:

iii. Live SMS:


III. How to send Bulk (Manual) SMS:
- Via Client Database report.
Automated and Live SMS:
- These types of SMSs will be sent automatically by the software.
- Just configure as per your requirement.
